In order to expedite points-recount requests, River Dogs has amended the way players should submit this specific concern.  If you believe your points are listed incorrectly on the website, please DO NOT bring the matter to your tournament director.  Instead, adhere to the following procedure.

Submitting a complete and exact points tally with any points-recount request was part of the member contract signed by all our registered members.  Please see specific instructions below.

  • First, please check the date listed on the points page which you believe to be incorrect.  Points may run a few days behind on the website.  Compare the date listed on the page first before approaching River Dogs
  • The ONLY way to have your points corrected is to send an e-mail to chris@riverdogspokerleague.com that includes your complete tally with dates.  Your tournament director cannot change your points.  Requests made verbally, by phone, written on River Dogs points sheets, etc cannot be honored, as none of these methods allow for a tally to be submitted.
  • Only e-mail requests that include a complete tally showing all dates played this quarter / session and exact points received  per date can be honored.  Anectdotal tallies (i.e. "I had this many points before this date and I think I won about 800 points that night....") cannot be honored as they do not allow for proper research of specific claims.

River Dogs apologizes for any inconvenience.  The agreement that all points recount requests would be accompanied by a complete tally was part of the member contract signed by all registered players.  Please see the "Procedures and Rules" tab to the left of this page to review the information that was signed.

If you have not signed this contract, ask your Tournament Director to provide you with one.  You must obtain, sign and submit it to become a registered member with the right to submit a points recount request.
